IRS steals 60 million medical records from California residents

(NaturalNews) The fourth amendment of the US Constitution is under continuous assault today from the very government that was assigned to defend it. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, is being violated constantly now, without warrant, without probable cause, without oath and affirmation, and without proper description.
Recently, in California, 15 IRS agents were accused of raiding and stealing 60 million medical records from a California health insurance agency. This news is only adding fuel to fire as the IRS is coming under heavy scrutiny.
American's are now asking:
Is it time to repeal the IRS? Is it time to instead adopt a simpler fair tax for all Americans? Is it time for Americans to keep the fruits of their labor and fund a much smaller government?
American's are coming out of their stupor, tired of the constant abuses of their civil liberties and rights as human beings. As the IRS is exposed for the failed idea that it is, will Americans turn over the tables on this tyrannical tax code and defend the very fruit of their labor?
The IRS tax code has become a waste of time for many, eating at each person's income slowly while promising "tax breaks" and "tax credits" that make it look like the government gives away money through a "tax return." This illusion is what is suppressing the economy and the ability of people to be responsible for their own keep. It's full of corruption and is a direct seizure of all citizens' personal property - grossly unconstitutional.
IRS steals California citizens' medical records
The 15 IRS agents in California who stole residents' personal health information are just people taking advantage of the power they feel is theirs. The health insurance agency that was raided and stolen from, identified in court as the "John Doe Company," said they warned the IRS before they came in and seized more than 60 million citizen medical records.
Attorney Robert Barnes, who is defending the health insurance company reports that approximately 10 million people's medical records were stolen and that the seizure even included many California judges' and professional baseball players' medical records.
"In a case involving solely a tax matter involving a former employee of the company, these agents stole more than 60 million medical records of more than 10 million Americans," said Barnes. "No search warrant authorized the seizure of these records; no subpoena authorized the seizure of these records; none of the 10,000,000 Americans were under any kind of known criminal or civil investigation and their medical records had no relevance whatsoever to the IRS search."
Through further investigation, the IRS stole the company's entire IT system, searching through the company's most private information. They not only seized the 60 million medical records, but they used the company's system for their own leisure, which included "watching basketball and ordering pizza."
According to reports, an unnamed HIPAA-covered entity in California is suing 15 IRS agents, who now face a class action lawsuit. The lawsuit is citing punitive damages for constitutional violations and seeking compensatory damages of $25,000 "per violation per individual."
Is there enough evidence, now, that the income tax is purely unconstitutional and that the entire IRS system needs to be dismantled?
