Back to life from a near-fatal car accident
In 1972, Mitchell May was involved in a near-fatal car accident and conventional ("Western") medicine offered no hope of ever walking on his own two legs again. The doctors insisted that he would have to have one of his legs amputated, that his immune system would be permanently and dangerously weakened and that his health and well-being would be severely limited for the rest of his life.
While being hospitalized in UCLA Medical Center, Mitchell became deeply involved in a parapsychology laboratory headed by Dr. Thelma Moss.
