How to clean the main cleaner of your body

(NaturalNews) The liver and the gall bladder don't get enough attention until it's too late. Poor health, bad digestion, and low energy are usually the products of toxic livers and clogged gall bladders. Then surgeons remove gall bladders or put patients in line for liver transplants. But the liver/gall bladder system can be rejuvenated and restored by detoxifying, nurturing with herbs, and improving the diet.
Gall-Bladder Flush
There are two detox applications one can do home alone: One is the gall bladder flush, and the other is the coffee enema. It's recommended that one does not do the bladder flush without consulting a health practitioner. Existing large calcium stones may be painful when expelled.
Here's one example of the basic procedure. Fast on organic apples or apple juice for a few days to soften gall bladder stones or congealed fat globules. The malic acid from the apples does this, enabling the purge to occur easily.
The day of the purge, abstain from food from mid-afternoon on. Around this time, take a strong laxative, such as a tablespoon of Epsom salts in warm water. Upon retiring, drink a well blended mixture of cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon or grapefruit juice. The mixture should be 50/50 in a full eight ounce glass to be consumed rapidly just before bedtime.
Before falling asleep, assume a fetal position on your right side. Upon arising, take another laxative. The morning stool should contain some little green hard globules with perhaps a gnarly variety of other sizes and colors. One experienced source recommends doing this once a month for three months and observing the results with your health condition before starting another three month series.
There a few variations of this basic method. One uses an herbal tincture to soften the stones for anyone with blood sugar problems instead of apples or apple juice. Some are less drastic than the one gulp olive oil citrus juice mixture.
The sources below will give you some other approaches for creating the gall bladder flush to eliminate at least some stones.
Liver Cleanse
The coffee enema was used to lessen the pain of wounded soldiers during WW I due to morphine shortages. It was picked up by Max Gerson in the 1930s as part of his cancer curing regimen. It's also used today by Dr. Nicholas Gonzales of NYC, who is continuing Donald Kelley's pancreatic enzyme therapy for cancer patients.
It can be done easily at home. Gerson's and Gonzales' clinics administer coffee enemas daily. Obviously, if your health is not terrible, daily isn't necessary. Regular enema equipment is used, but the solution is drip or fine grind coffee boiled in a cup of water then cooled down to body temperature. The coffee should be organic, non-flavored, but high in caffeine.
It's the caffeine that stimulates the liver ducts without entering the liver. Generally, the lighter the roast, the higher the caffeine content. There are light brown blends available. You lie on your right side for the coffee enema, not on your left. Assume the fetal position as you hold in the enema content for as close to a half hour as you can. Then eliminate.
Maintenance
It's also a good idea to use milk thistle and dandelion root as daily liver tonics. Milk thistle has been used for liver detox and protection from toxins for a couple of thousand years. The liver is responsible for cleaning out toxins from our blood. But we're responsible for ensuring the liver is not overwhelmed with toxins.
