There's lots of good stuff regarding radiation solutions on this website that are incredible. But there are some other things that need to be known.
First of all, duct taping every opening in your home may be beneficial to some degree but remember that radiation is heat and heat will penetrate everything except lead. So, unless you are living in a lead-lined bunker there are other things that you need to consider. A major concern should be the rebuilding of the cells in the body after any exposure to radiation.
Potassium iodide works great for infants and pregnant mothers. For many, many others the dangers of thyroid gland problems are a given.
The best food sources are organic vegetables like onions, broccoli, cabbage, garlic, algae's like spiruina and chlorella and seaweeds like kombu, dulse, nori, and hijiki. The best liquid is the purest, unfluoridated water you can get your hands on. Also, 1 tablespoon of organic Bragg's apple cider vinegar in a glass of water with a bit of honey, maple syrup or stevia will work wonders in the body.
Foods to stay away from are milk products, eggs, flesh foods, processed foods, etc. You can wash veggies but how do you wash a contaminated muscle?
People in the know like Mike Adams, Mark Sircus and Dr. Russell Blaylock espouse glutathione, melatonin, gingko biloba, garlic extract, curcumin, magnesium, clay, xyolite, and baking soda.
Allow me to put some things in their proper perspective: glutathione, melatonin, gingko biloba, xyolite, and garlic are sulfur based.
