What's fermented protein, anyway? Stay with me on this, because it's a bit unusual. Remember how tofu is just fermented soy? Compared to soy, tofu is far more digestible (and far healthier, many say). The ForeverWell company uses a similar process to ferment fish protein. Yes, fish. Why? Because fish is the best source of clean, bioavailable protein. (No, they're not farmed fish, they're ocean fish.)
So ForeverWell takes fish from the ocean, adds friendly microorganisms and produces a fermented fish product that I've found to be a genuinely impressive source of high-potency protein that has numerous benefits (many that you might not expect).
For one thing, because it's so easy to digest, it helps people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome or other digestive disorders like Crohn's disease. It also seems to help ease migraines in people, although that's not what I personally recommend the product for.
Secondly, it helps people recover more quickly from physical activity. So if you're training in the gym, or jogging, dancing, or whatever, this product can help you recover and even build more muscle mass. The manufacturer doesn't position it as a product for body builders, but in my opinion, the quality of this protein is superior to every muscle protein product I've seen on the market, most of which are made from whey protein, a milk-derived ingredient.
Fish from the ocean also deliver trace minerals, too. So you're getting some mineral nutrition at the same time. And yes, there's a tiny amount of mercury in the fish, but it's a fraction of the mercury found in farmed fish, and even then, the amount of protein mass you're taking from these supplements is so small (because a little goes a long, long way) that it's only like eating 1-2 bites of fish each day.
I've been taking anywhere from 9 - 12 capsules of this fish protein daily. But remember, I don't eat red meat, and I'm not into eating meat from other land animals, either. I prefer to get protein from plant sources, but being a person who trains in martial arts and other physically-demanding activities, my protein requirements demand some sort of high-density protein, and this looks like the best source I've found yet.
One caveat: The capsules smell super fishy. I'm not kidding about this. Do NOT inhale when you open the bottle. Just grab the capsules and slam them with some water. There's no unpleasant fish aftertaste at all (like you sometimes get with fish oils). The manufacturer also recommends that you refrigerate the bottle to help reduce the fish smell.
By the way, you can't currently buy the fish protein separately. It's only sold together with their "Renew Formula" as part of a Migraine Combo. The Renew Formula is a potent liver cleanser / detox that's a great product on its own, and if you really do have migraines, you need both of these products. But if you're just looking for the fish protein, you'll have to buy it together with the Renew Formula (for the moment, at least).
Summary: High-potency predigested protein product made from fish. Helps with intestinal disorders, migraines and as a super protein source for active people.

This concludes the four features in this series of wellness supplement companies. It probably goes without saying, but I'll say it anyway: None of the companies mentioned here paid anything for the publicity, and Truth Publishing neither sells any of these products, nor earns any money from their sales. We provide this information solely out of a desire to keep you informed about what's available that can help improve your health.
There are still a couple of other nutritional companies that I'd like to share with you, including a new one that makes a strong anti-viral tincture useful for fighting infectious disease. So watch this site for more company reviews.
