Howard Cho: About 30 ingredients, from whole grains, vegetables, sea vegetables and mushrooms. Our main ingredient is brown rice.
Steve: Are there any sugars in it?
Cho: It has no sugar. Zero sugar.
Steve: Is it classified as organic, natural?
Cho: Actually, they're grown back in Korea. Most of the ingredients are organically grown. It's not certified in the United States, but they are organic. I have a listing of organically grown ingredients.
Steve: Some of the organic ingredients are: The brown rice, sprouted brown rice�
Cho: The pumpkin.
Steve: The kale, black soybean, radish, radish leaf ... How did you come up with this list of ingredients?
Cho: Actually, an oncologist formulated this to treat cancer patients. However, now it's becoming known as [as part of the] raw food revolution. So he put all these ingredients [together] as a meal to prevent illness. His name is Dr. James Hwong.
Steve: When did he first develop this formula?
Cho: In 1992. It started in Korea.

Cho: They can find us at Whole Foods or Mother's Market. About 300 health food stores all around the United States carry our product.

Cho: You can mix it with about eight to 10 ounces of water or any beverage you like. Mix a pouch in it and it's ready to go. It's a complete meal in a minute.
