Obama orders Border Patrol to let illegal immigrants drive drunk

(NaturalNews) Is the Obama Administration intentionally trying to create chaos within the immigration system? Is the chaos being deliberately instigated to coerce the population to support a new system of mass government surveillance? Socialists' controlling ideas are often welcomed in this way -- through chaos.

By creating distraction, chaos, hopelessness and fatigue, masters of socialism can coax and confuse the population into supporting sweeping new government reform. By communicating this chaos through the news media, central planners have an easy way to control the minds of the majority and influence an entire generation to accept new government programs like biometric national IDs, RFIDs and other controlling surveillance tools.

Border Patrol agents instructed to let illegal aliens off the hook

The chaos, fear, and hopelessness at the US-Mexico border is a socialist's game plan unfolding. The federal government is trying to cause as much chaos at the border as possible. The Obama Administration refuses to execute and manage a lawful immigration system. It's blatant now. It's obvious that there is a plan is to create chaos. Now here's a new bombshell:

According to Judicial Watch, Border Patrol agents are now being instructed to let illegal immigrants off the hook if they are caught drinking and driving. The Obama Administration has ordered all Border Patrol agents in Arizona to let illegal immigrants free even if they are caught driving under the influence of alcohol.

It's bad enough that the current immigration system encourages immigrants to sneak into the country and become dependent on government programs that tax natural-born citizens further and further. Now the federal government is permitting the illegals to drive around intoxicated without having to abide by the same road laws that natural-born Americans must follow. Border Patrol agents are being instructed to let illegals go free -- no arrests, no fines, no jail time for putting other people's lives at risk on the road.

Many illegal immigrants are already taking advantage of free healthcare, housing and food at the expense of natural-born citizens. Now they can drive around drunk, put everyone at risk and face no repercussions.

It's as if there are two legal systems in the US -- one that punishes, fines and taxes American citizens, and one that lets anyone and everyone cross the border, break the laws and take from those who are working to pay their own way.

Lawlessness abounding

Let's get this straight: Violation of US immigration law is routinely being ignored, and the violators are let off the hook. The violators can now break the most important rules of the road, drive around drunk and still be let off the hook. On top of that, violators can bring in parasites from other countries, putting Americans at risk to wild-type viruses and other communicable diseases that Americans were once immune to.

Judicial Watch recently revealed the federal notice, which is titled, "Enforcement Options With Alcohol-Impaired Drivers." The directive instructs 4,000 or more US Border Patrol agents from the Tuscon, Arizona, sector to "release" individuals under the influence and "allow them to go on their way."

The directive goes as far as to reassure Border Patrol Agents that they will not be held liable if they let the drunk illegal immigrants continue on down the road. Of course, Border Patrol agents are allowed to harass innocent women and subject them to invasive body cavity searches, but when it comes to upholding the law for intoxicated illegal immigrants, the Border Patrol agents are told to take it easy and do nothing.

The Department of Homeland Security memo states, "There is no legal requirement for a Border Patrol agent to intervene in a state crime, including DUI." The memo reassures the agents, "therefore there is generally no liability that will attach to the agent or agency for failing to act in this situation."

Some Border Patrol Agents do not agree with the directive, especially since they want their loved ones to stay safe on American streets.

Natural-born Americans, on the other hand, are forced to follow state DUI laws. If an American is caught driving under the influence, they can go to jail, lose their driver's license and pay hundreds to thousands in fines.

Illegal immigrants are just let off the hook.

The confusion, the chaos and the lawlessness continue - a perfect pathway to a socialist state.
