(NaturalNews) Three main categories of parasites include protozoa, helminthes, and ectoparasites. Protozoa parasites are single celled organisms that live inside the body. Helminths are multi-celled organisms that live inside the body like flatworms, ringworms, roundworms, and tapeworms. Ectoparasites are parasites that live off of or in our skin such as mosquitoes, bedbugs, ticks, fleas, mites, lice, botflies, etc.
Protozoa, helminthes, and the ectoparasites that dig into our skin prefer a host with a weak immune system (and to a lesser degree, the ectoparasites that simply bite us like mosquitoes and bedbugs prefer to bite those who are less healthy, when given a choice). There are people with weak thyroids and candida filled intestines who take an incredible amount of the best and most potent antiparasitic herbs, only to have partial results at best. All the supplements in the world are not going to get rid of parasites in an unhealthy body. Natural remedies will always be more effective when a healthy diet is followed--a diet with lots of raw organic produce with little to no refined or processed foods.
On the other hand, there are those who have followed fairly healthy diets for many years and are still having trouble overcoming chronic health problems. Parasites may be the underlying issue that is causing a serious, chronic, long-term disease. Ridding the body of parasites will allow the immune system to regenerate and restore health much more easily and quickly.
The idea of a
parasite is gross, and it seems foreign and rare, but it's much more common than most people think, even in developed countries such as the U.S.A. Anytime you're doing a detox for any reason, add the necessary ingredients to kill
parasites into your regimen. If you're aware of a parasitic infection, treatment for the parasitic infection is a very good time to detox, balance the colon, and clean up the diet. In other words, detoxing and killing parasites should always be done together.
Foods and herbs that are antiparasitic
Parasites hate gentian root, ginger, blackberries, raw cabbage, aloe, coconut oil, pineapple, pumpkin seeds, pomegranate seeds, and papaya. Garlic and coptis chinensis are very powerful antiparasitic herbs that are also anti-everything that's bad for us (bacteria, candida, etc.). The most powerful anti-parasitic herbal ingredients are wormwood, clove essential oil, and black walnut, and they should be taken together.
