Protect the environment: oil spills are destructive for years longer than we previously thought
by Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, NaturalNews Editor
This research explores the long-term effects of environmental disasters
(like oil spills) and concludes that the Exxon Valdez oil spill has
far-reaching impacts that were not initially expected. The lesson? We
need to be even more vigilant in keeping the environment clean.
Environmental pollutants have far-reaching impacts. The same probably
goes for the heavy use of nitrate-laden crop fertilizer, pesticides, and
even household chemicals like furniture polish. We've collectively
polluted the Earth for a few hundred years, and now the effects are
inescapable.
