Plasma fuel devices aren't new, but they are promising

This news isn't really all that new: independent inventors have been
working on plasma fuel devices for gasoline engines for years. Most have
been shut out, though, since devices that give cars 100mpg are not
exactly welcomed by Big Oil. That this technology is finally coming to
light is good news indeed.
