I must say that I have expected more from this book. There is one certain thing about Kevin Trudeau - he is a good promoter. He is so convincing in his infomercials that it is really hard not to buy the products he advertises. However, the book is NOT what one would expect to get judging by the title and the infomercial.

The author constantly refers to his website where one supposedly would get full explanation for various topics. The only problem is that nobody can get any explanation free of charge. Once you land at the website, you will realize that there is nothing that you could learn unless you come up with some kind of a payment!

There are many other books at the market that discuss natural cures, stress reduction methods, proper nutrition, proper breathing techniques, etc. I suggest considering such authors like Tombak ("Cure the Incurable", "Can We Live 150"), Maria Treben (Health through God's Pharmacy), Hulda Clark, and many others.

As for the websites, there are also infinite choices of free information. To start with, you can Google any of the above mentioned authors, or titles. Some of them, like StartHealthyLife.com , even offer free ebooks
If you're considering buying this book for the "advice" it provides, I'll save you some money. Eat Healthy and Live Healthy. He won't tell you feasible ways to go about this. Not without joining his website. He's a business man that found a loophole in an FTC ruling. All he cares about is your money. I recommend not giving it to him.I was very disappointed in this book. It did list some diseases with "Natural Cures" but most of the cures involved various types of cleanses which were not given in the book and referred the reader to web sights which involved buying another book or subscribing to the web sight for a fee. Definately not worth the money. I surely would not recommend it to any one.I saw this book on a store shelf, flipped through it quick and added it to a long list of things I may like to eventually get of my own someday.

I did the SMART thing and BORROWED it from the Library first, BEFORE paying money for my own copy (just some friendly advice, it really is a good idea. None of you complaining about having "wasted" your money have any room to complain when you can borrow it from a library first, but that's off track, sorry)

I started reading it and couldn't put it down. I'm on pg 222 at the moment, but when I glanced at some of the other reviews I just HAD to post something. I WILL be buying it when I get the chance.

Some have said that it wasn't written well and complained about the repetitivness. It was written in PLAIN ENGLISH, not all flowery and terms than the AVERAGE person wouldn't understand. The repetitivness was done on purpose for a reason that seems to be LOST on a LOT of people.

He did refer to his website and others to get more info A LOT. He told why he did that. THE FDA FORBADE him to write certain things... IF he would've, you wouldn't have read it to make these reviews of it. People, THIS IS CENSORSHIP, THIS IS AN ATTACK ON HIS "FREEDOM OF SPEECH"(that doesn't really exist) He COULDN'T say too much in the book, or the FDA would've confiscated it and BURNED IT!!! He said that too. Do you understand where THAT is leading. OPEN YOUR EYES and Mind and THINK.

He also explained WHY he had to go through the "exposing" of the FDA, FTC, and Food Manufacturers BEFORE giving the natural cures. That needed to be understood first.

Some of the "bashing" and "disappointed", "Expected more" "No useful information" reviews, I honestly don't quite understand. He gave a LOT of info if one is open to it. I suspect that those who felt that way weren't fully receptive when they read it. That's ok, each to their own.

I for one found it informative, enlightening, and eye-opening. Folks, it's time to pull the wool that's over your eyes off... and FAST

Natural Cures "They" Don't Want You To Know About helps to do just that. He first explains who "They" are, goes into WHY "They" don't want you to know about natural cures, he gives a lot of natural cures, and if you'd go to the websites that he mentioned, there's a wealth of information.
It does seem to get a little long winded at places and there is a LOT of repeating himself, for a very specific reason. If one does not already know and understand the reasoning behind that, doesn't have the attention span to get through the "windiness" and can only complain about the repetitivness, they aren't ready for the information that was given.
This is one book that as you read it, your mind MUST be open and receptive to what is being said. If one feels they are able to do that, this book is very enlightening and informative, If they are not able to do that, they'll see it as a waste of time.(we are all at different stages...)

My suggestion, BORROW from a library BEFORE buying to see if you are one that will see this as enlightenment or a waste of time for yourself. You will never know which it is unless you read the book for yourself. No review from anyone else will tell you what YOU will get out of it, so don't waste your money if you can borrow it free to find out.

I PERSONALLY will buy it when I get the chance.
